SUMMARY
Responsible for leading a small group of R&D process developers to evaluate and develop new processing technologies in lab, pilot plant and factory settings.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES

Program and project management. – creating, managing and communicating timelines, execution of plans, & contingency plans

Coaching junior talent to advance projects

Communication of project objectives, plans and status to cross functional teams, especially to R&D and Supply Chain audiences in verbal and written forums

Experience leading functional and cross-functional team meetings.

Design and analysis of experiments

Development of technologies in the lab & pilot plant in the Food/FMCG industry
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage junior talent to advance projects in a systematic and technically rigorous fashion

Lead team meetings

Design experiments and analyze results

Communicate updated program timelines/status to R&D & Supply Chain teams

Facilitate project alignment between Marketing, R&D, & Supply Chain

Must be able to be on-site 3 days a week
Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Food Engineering or similar technical discipline
Experience Required: 7 to 10 years experience in the Consumer Packaging Goods Industry
