Take advantage of the relationships we have built after 30 years in the food industry. Ethics, confidentiality and full disclosure are important to our long-term reputation.
We consider your resume to be your property. We do not
submit it to any client until:
- we have discussed the position description with you;
- we feel you meet the client’s requirements;
- we believe you would be a good fit for their corporate culture.
Partnership is a two way street. It is our desire to develop a long-term relationship with candidates. We provide you with all the details of the position and its location, and in turn, ask that you keep our positions confidential. All fees are paid by the client.
Our experience and relationship with the client is beneficial to you during the interview process. We work with companies where we have personal relationships with hiring managers and human resource personnel. We know their corporate culture and are able to prepare you for the interview process better than most recruitment firms. Fitting the candidate for the right corporate culture is as important as your technical strengths. We care about your relationship with the client and strive to develop a mutual understanding of the details important to each party.
Unfortunately, we are not able to help everyone immediately but if you choose to house your resume in our database, we will contact you as positions are available that match your skills and interests. New positions are posted almost weekly. For this reason it is beneficial for you to update us when you have changes in your address, phone number and employment status.
