Our client has an opportunity for a Director of Pipeline Innovation
Responsibilities Include:
Works with Franchise Partners, UFPC, marketing and consumer insights to define the
menu strategy, influence the Define and Explore process and bring relevant products
through the Gates and into the develop process
Directs the DEDVIM process to deliver 2 year pipeline based on Franchise and Consumer insights
Gains alignment with finance, operations, food safety, UFPC & strategic suppliers during development
Brings forward new thinking through technology brokering that expand development capability
Builds capability of the pipeline team by utilizing strategic partners core strengths Innovation

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: |
A minimum of 10 years experience in product development |

EDUCATION REQUIRED: |
BS (Food Science or Engineering) with MBA, or MS Food Science and demonstrated experience in supply chain development and menu commercialization |

SALARY RANGE: |
$120,000-150,000, + 20% Bonus and Stock Option |
