Our client has an opportunity for a Senior Food Scientist – Retail Products
Responsibilities Include:
Retail Product Development
Preparation of final product formulations and supporting documentation
Set ingredient product specifications
Product commercialization
Basic knowledge in consumer insights for effective development
Effectively interface on cross-functional teams
Research and evaluate new developments or trends in the food industry
Write detailed accurate reports presentations for analyses, experiments or
projects

| EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: | Candidates should have a B.S. Degree with a minimum of 5 years of product development experience, or a graduate degree with a minimum of 3 years of product development experience. |
| EDUCATION REQUIRED: | Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience |
| SALARY RANGE: | $85,000 to $95,000; + Bonus |
