
Responsibilities Include:
A Principal Product Development Scientist (level 6) with a focus on Snacks looking to stretch into highly innovative and challenging areas
Creating and supporting the creation of new product lines and/or businesses opportunities, the renovation of existing products and identifying and driving novel and emerging technologies for food application
Must interact well with all R&T disciplines, quality, supply chain and business customers
Includes: ideation, close interaction with technology suppliers, formula and process development, pilot plant prototyping, plant scale up, and commercialization startup
Will coach and mentor junior technologists and developers across RQT and the plants

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: |
BS Degree in food science and technology/engineering with at least 15 years experience, MS in Food Science or related discipline with at least 12 years experience, or PhD in Food Science or related discipline with 9 years of development experience are required. Minimum 6 years experience in Snacks is preferred. |

$107,200 - $140,000; + 15-20% Bonus |
