Our client has an opportunity for a Senior Scientist-Flour Technology
Responsibilities Include:
Lead R&D, development and execution of a North American flour technology program
Leverage flour expertise to identify short and long-term strategic opportunities
(process/quality improvements, enablers, new product hurdles/technologies)
supporting Company and global initiatives
Engage cross-functional teams and external partners to support Company technical
objectives.
