Our client has an opportunity for a Senior Regulatory Affairs Technologist
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for the ensuring FDA/USDA compliance of all products and packaging
Assist in the tracking of all Regulatory quality management programs
Will work cross functionally with
Marketing, Legal, and other areas of R&D/QA as well as with outside vendors,
trade associations and government agencies
Develop Label Requirements Documents (LRs) containing all government required label information
Review and approve product mechanicals in compliance with government and company requirements
Contact suppliers for ingredient information related to subcomponents and functionality
Coordinate and maintain Kosher certification process
Maintain bioterrorism registration information
Issue LRs to plants and manage department website

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: |
2 – 4 years of related experience with a food or beverage company. Strong FDA/USDA regulation knowledge. |

EDUCATION REQUIRED: |
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience |

SALARY RANGE: |
$80,000-85,000; + 5% bonus |
