Senior/Principal Scientist
Location: Northeast
Our client has an opportunity for a Senior/Principal Scientist
Responsibilities Include:
Plan, organize and execute technical projects related to the development of new, and maintenance of core, food and beverage products
Leading formulation projects and commissioning within the beverage plants.
Creativity is essential
Provide active technical leadership to various projects from feasibility evaluation through formulation and consumer testing to commercialization
Provide technical expertise for the evaluation of new ingredients / packages / processes and improvements or cost reductions

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: |
Master’s degree in food science or related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of food, beverage or consumer products experiences are a must. PhD is preferred. |

SALARY RANGE: |
$90,000-$120,000; + Bonus |
