Responsibilities Include:
Full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating projects and assignments
Makes authoritative technical/administrative decisions and recommendations, and has an impact on extensive R&D activities
Initiates and maintains extensive contacts with other organizations and other companies
Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems
Determines program objectives and requirements and develops standards and guides for diverse R&D activities
May supervise activities of assigned staff members

| EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: |
Must have manufacturing plant experience as well as lab experience. See additional needed experience listed in Education Required (below). |
| EDUCATION REQUIRED: | Education in engineering, food science, or related field. Master’s of PhD degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience or advanced degree with 4-5 years of related experience in the food industry. |
| SALARY RANGE: |
$90,000-120,000; + 15% bonus |
