
Responsibilities Include:
Define process requirements for new products, and evaluate the capability of existing production lines to deliver acceptable finished goods
Design tests to scale-up processes for industrial manufacture
Develop and improve SOP’s for Pilot Plant, and provide training/documentation
Evaluate new process technologies for their relevance to the Nutrition business
Improve Pilot Plant skills/capabilities via new equipment, measurement tools, training, etc.

| EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: | 3-5 years experience of Thermal Process for Low Acid foods. |
| EDUCATION REQUIRED: | BS in Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering, or related discipline. |
| SALARY RANGE: | $80,000 - $115,000; + 15% Bonus |
