Our client is looking for a Manager, Product Development who is a strong hands-on scientist as well as a cross-functional technical leader who possesses strong technical, time and project management skills. This person should have a strong track record of technical and culinary success. Demonstrated track record of developing, supervising and coaching people. Experience with applying ingredient and flavor functionality to develop successful new products. Experience in thermal process is a strong plus.
