Associate Chemist
Our client has an opportunity for a Associate Chemist
Responsibilities Include:
Design, develop, conduct and/or review flavor analysis experiments in order to deliver new products; evaluate ingredients, product or packaging efficacy or claims; or evaluate new flavor ingredients, materials, products or processes
Conduct review of scientific or other literature in order to maintain and improve laboratory knowledge/skill, identify appropriate analytical techniques for projects/studies, or gather confidential information of a flavor related nature
Record and interpret data from analysis of flavor bearing entity experiments in a computer, log book or laboratory notebook. Provide interactive support to the creative Flavorists as they execute their projects

Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Chemistry/allied field and at least 6 months instrumental flavor analysis experience strongly preferred. |

$55,000 – $100,000; + Bonus |
